Every year, Lighthearted will elect a different organization to support through our philanthropic efforts and events.
In 2019, Lighthearted will be benefiting Nikeno’s Second Chances, an organization that works to rehabilitate and train rescue dogs before, during and after adoption.

NSC started as a response to the unfulfilled need for professional assistance during the dog adoption process. While numerous people are willing to adopt shelter animals – many times the combination of untrained dogs and knowledgeable owners leads to returned or unwanted pets. By giving the dogs structured training before, during and after home placement – their chances of success more than quadruples.
Nikeno’s supply drive
In April 2019, Lighthearted & Visual Interest hosted a supply drive in support of Nikeno’s Second Chances, donating food, cleaning supplies, beds & more!
